Manuel is a warm and dedicated Mental Health professional. He holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marymount University. Manuel has experience working in inpatient hospital settings and outpatient mental health clinics. He has had the opportunity foster relationships and help clients grow from various populations including, older adults, adolescents, and young adults.

His approach is grounded in creating a warm safe environment where clients feel comfortable exploring the depths of their true authentic self on the path to wholeness. Manuel takes a partnership and engaging approach to therapy to combine evidence based practices with the individual needs of clients.

In addition to growing his clinical practice in counseling, he loves studying various cultural approaches to healing and spiritual development including energy healing, reiki, crystal and herbal medicine. His favorite personal activity is playing the saxophone where he expresses inner joy and creativity.

Manuel works out of the Reston office and also sees patients via secure telehealth options. He is currently being supervised by Darris Wallner, LPC as a Resident in Counseling.
