Resident Therapist

Kristin is a kind, compassionate therapist. She graduated with a master’s degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and is currently working towards LCSW licensure. She brings a wealth of experience working with adults, adolescents, and children to her practice. Kristin enjoys working with a wide range of clients, including individuals who are navigating life stressors, coping with depression, anxiety, or have experienced trauma.

 

Kristin incorporates several therapeutic frameworks in her practice, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). She tailors her therapeutic approach to each individual, based on their unique strengths, interests, and goals. Kristin strives to create a warm and collaborative environment where individuals feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings. She enjoys working alongside clients as they discover tools that they can utilize to create positive changes within their lives. In her spare time, Kristin prioritizes being with family, friends, and her two dogs. She enjoys sports, traveling, and exploring new local restaurants.
