Diana is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience providing therapy services to individuals and families. She received her Master's degree in Family Counseling from the College of William and Mary and is licensed to practice in the state of Virginia.


As a bilingual therapist fluent in Spanish and English, she is passionate about helping individuals from diverse backgrounds navigate life's challenges. She understands that seeking therapy can be a difficult decision, which is why she strives to create a warm and welcoming space where her clients feel heard and understood.


She believes that every individual is unique and therefore, she utilizes an eclectic and personalized approach to therapy. She specializes in helping clients facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Her therapeutic techniques are based on evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) Through her work with clients, she collaborates to find the best approach that meets their specific needs and goals.

She is excited to offer telehealth services to make therapy more accessible and convenient for her clients. She is committed to providing a safe and confidential space where she can work with clients towards their mental health and wellbeing.


During her spare time, Diana enjoys spending time with her husband and their daughter, reading, coloring adult coloring books, or watching a good movie.Â
