Lindsay Moody
Lindsay Moody is a Master’s Level Counseling Intern in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program at Liberty University. Lindsay is passionate about fostering a supportive, holistic environment where clients can navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
She operates from the belief that mental, physical, social, and spiritual wellness are all deeply interconnected. Lindsay works collaboratively with clients to explore these dimensions, helping them identify the root causes of their concerns and empowering them to find balance and growth in each area of their lives.
Utilizing a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework, Lindsay works with children, adolescents, teens, and young adults to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, autism, and ADHD. She believes in meeting each client where they are, often incorporating play therapy techniques to help younger clients express themselves and reach their goals in a comfortable, non-judgmental space.
Outside of the office, Lindsay enjoys traveling, baking, trying new local restaurants, and spending time with her puppies. She is dedicated to promoting long-term wellness and supporting her clients on their unique journeys toward healing.
“At the end of the day, we can endure much more than we think we can, especially when we are met with kindness and love.”
