Insurance Networks

Our practice works with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United, and Optum plans. Participation varies by provider, service, and specific plan. Medicaid is accepted in select locations; ask which providers and offices participate.

Insurance in Manassas

Sarah Carter, LPC, Alia Haddad, M.A., and Jose Flores-Colon, PMHNP, accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Optum, and United plans. Ask our coordinator to confirm your specific plan and appointment coverage.

Fees and Payment Options

Session rates vary. Our FAQ lists a typical billed rate of $180 for a standard 60-minute session. Your expected cost depends on the appointment and coverage. Ask separately about psychiatric evaluation and follow-up fees.

If your provider is out of network, ACTIVV can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement. Sliding-scale rates and payment plans may be available on a case-by-case basis. Ask our coordinator about your options.
