Jessica is a dedicated and caring professional who graduated from George Mason University with a dual Master’s in Social Work and Conflict Analysis and Resolution. With several years of experience, she has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, families, and survivors of sexual assault.

Jessica's therapeutic approach is rooted in recognizing and building upon individual strengths while providing a safe, supportive space where clients can freely share their experiences. She utilizes modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and EMDR to tailor her approach to each client's unique needs.

She is passionate about creating an encouraging environment where clients feel empowered to achieve their personal goals. Whether they are navigating life's challenges, seeking personal growth, or looking for support in healing, Jessica is there to help. Her goal is to work together with clients to find the path that leads to their overall well-being.
