Jenn is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with children, teens, adults, and LGBTQ+ populations. She specializes in supporting individuals navigating stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and identity exploration.

Her approach is grounded in trauma-informed and LGBTQ+ affirming care committed to creating a safe and welcoming space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. In her practice, she uses a holistic approach incorporating Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based Therapy, and Psychodynamic theories to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and experiences while recognizing their strengths and resiliency. She believes each client is unique and tailors every session to meet their needs and goals, working collaboratively to promote healing and growth.

Outside of her clinical work, Jenn enjoys tending to her growing indoor plant garden as well as spending time with friends, family, and her feline friend.

“Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is one of the bravest things we will ever do.”
